Duties & Responsibilities

• Drywall repair
• Plumbing repairs
• Painting
• Light electrical work
• General troubleshooting and repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• Repair and maintain property equipment and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
