Lehigh Acres Litter Prevention Coordinator

Keep Lee County Beautiful, Inc. is seeking a Lehigh Acres Litter Prevention Coordinator to lead local cleanup initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and help reduce littering and illegal dumping.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead cleanup events in Lehigh Acres.
• Build partnerships with HOAs, schools, businesses, and community groups.
• Strengthen participation in the Adopt-A-Road program.
• Provide outreach and education to deter illegal dumping.
• Engage with residents through bilingual outreach (preferred).

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in community outreach, environmental programs, or event coordination
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings
✔ Must be able to pull a 14' trailer with company truck
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $43,000 – $48,000 per year
