Riverside-The Heart of the River, A premier South Florida luxury RV Resort, Wedding Venue and Retreat  destination, is seeking a polished, hospitality driven, highly motivated, Reservation, Booking and Event Specialist to join our growing team. Position Highlights: Frontline hospitality ambassador.Manage RV, Wedding, Group Retreat and Special Event boookings. Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and occupancy management. Conduct professional property tours for prospective brides, event planners, retreat guests and RV guests. Maintain accurate reservation and contact information with a high level of guest communication interactions and standards. Riverside is a team based experience. Staff are trained and encouraged to grow professinally and personally. Holidays, Paid Vacation, Personal Days, Sick Leave, 401K and a healthy work environment. Overtime as required for Weddings and Events.
