Part time Office Assistant: Banking or Insurance Experience

Job description

We are seeking a QUALIFIED Part-Time Office Assistant for a vendor in the commercial bank lending field, in Fort Myers, Florida. The ideal candidate will have worked in the insurance industry and be familiar with various types of insurance policies. This position is for a small boutique bank vendor with job hours of 22-24 hours per week, or 3 days per week. This is a terrific, flexible work schedule. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• Insurance industry experience
• Prior work experience in processing paperwork for loans, such as commercial /construction and insurance documents
• Prior work experience in banking or the insurance industry
• Clerical office skills
• Excel experience with number aptitude

Qualifications:

• Multi-task with detailed attention
• Good time management
• Knowledge of common types of insurance for small businesses
• Knowledge of various types of insurance for loan documents
• Strong clerical skills
• Strong leadership qualities
