Job Summary
The BDR Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for our Business Development Representatives. This role ensures that all BDRs are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to effectively represent RejuvenX, drive new patient acquisition, and build community relationships.
Core Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement onboarding and continuous training programs for BDRs.
· Train BDRs on company services, patient communication, lead generation, and territory management.
· Create and update training materials, manuals, and sales scripts.
· Conduct role-playing exercises, workshops, and live field coaching.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training gaps and performance opportunities.
· Maintain a feedback loop with BDRs to continuously improve training content.
· Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends, compliance requirements, and company updates.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education/Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· Professional training or coaching certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, ATD, Sandler, or equivalent) are a plus, but not required.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for travel.
Experience
· Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach coordination — preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
· At least 1–2 years of experience training, mentoring, or leading BDRs or sales teams.
· Proven track record of meeting outreach or acquisition goals in a competitive environment.
· Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
· Strong understanding of sales outreach strategy, lead generation, and territory management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to motivate and coach individuals at all skill levels.
· Working knowledge of healthcare industry practices, patient acquisition strategies, and compliance in outreach.
· Confident facilitator with public speaking and presentation skills.
· Ability to assess training effectiveness and adjust based on feedback and performance metrics.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting clinic needs.

Working Conditions
Working Environment:
· This is a field-based role involving frequent travel to RejuvenX clinics across multiple cities or regions.
· Mix of clinic settings, office environments, and occasional remote work when not on-site.
· May be exposed to healthcare environments including patient-facing areas; standard clinical safety protocols apply.
· Frequent driving, travel scheduling, and occasional overnight stays are required (up to 75% of the time).
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during in-clinic training and observation.
· Requires the ability to lift and transport training materials, laptops, or promotional items (up to 25 lbs).
· Frequent driving between locations, often for multiple hours per day.
· Occasional bending, reaching, or setting up materials during training sessions or field events.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
