What You’ll Do

As a Chiropractic Assistant at RejuvenX, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to our patients and providers. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting chiropractors with therapies such as E-stim, ultrasound, decompression, and rehab exercises

· Helping patients through each step of their treatment plan with professionalism and care

· Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming clinical environment

· Supporting front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and verifying insurance

· Documenting visits accurately using our EMR system

· Being a friendly, helpful team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred (training provided)

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

· Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

· Positive attitude and team-first mindset

· Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Schedule:

• Wednesday 2pm to 7pm
• Thursday 8am to 7pm
• Friday 8am to 5pm
• Saturday 9am to 5pm
