Hiring for two immediate openings. We are seeking two legal assistants with litigation law. You will provide overall administrative support for an attorney in litigation law. Civil and commercial law experience is required. Three to five years of Florida litigation law is required. E-file expertise is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Record and store client information.
• Must have three years prior litigation experience.
• Support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management.
• E-filing in Lee and Collier Counties.
• Submit intake information, conflict checks, and open & close files.
• Maintain the attorney’s calendar, including scheduling and time entry.
• Maintain confidential information, files, records, legal documents, and reports.
• Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize legal documents.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a legal assistant or another legal field
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
