We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join local contractor. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and schedule appointments for service technicians. Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Schedule appointments for technicians and service department

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk reception, call center or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Written and verbal communication skills
