Job Description

Immediate Hire for a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Litigation. This legal firm is in beautiful Fort Myers. This position is full-time, and the schedule is Mon-Fri 8-5 pm with a benefits package included.

• Experience in Litigation for a minimum of 3 years
• Proficient in basic office operations such as but not limited to phones, fax print, scan email
• Well versed and adept in all Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Type 60 wpm
• Very Detail Oriented
• Time Management
• Ability to Multitask
