Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate office administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspace.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties
Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
