Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspace.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
  • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
