Preschool Teacher

Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assess and monitor each child's development and provide individualized support as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

Skills
- Experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Must have CDA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Physical fitness to actively participate in physical education activities with children
